Travelling during a worldwide pandemic is stressful and not easy. Phoenix Van Hire made it stress free and very easy ! We originally planned to hire a van to travel to France in April, but due to Covid-19 we couldn’t. We postponed our trip and changed bookings, and Phoenix were incredibly flexible and told us it was not an issue. We eventually rebooked for June, and David was very helpful and made the whole process extremely simple. The van we hired was perfect for our needs – moving all of my belongings from the South of France to the North of England. So glad my friend recommended them, I have to post this because feedbackers are usually old moaners, but my old work van gave up the ghost on me the other Monday morning, they went through how they could help on the phone, and within an hour had collected me, and got me sorted with a great little van.
